Mitsubishi Corporation entered the salmon farming business in 2011 in an effort to provide a stable supply of salmon, which is in growing demand around the world. We have teamed up with Cermaq, one of the world's leading salmon farming, processing, and sales companies that farms salmon in Norway, Chile, and Canada, and which has become a Mitsubishi Corporation group company since 2016, to ensure a stable supply of high-quality salmon throughout the year. As a result, domestic supply is among the top in the industry. We have a system in place to respond to large orders and processing needs.

The salmon we procure is processed at our group companies and partner factories to meet the needs of our business partners, such as the restaurant industry and mass retailers, and consumers.
