With the desire to "spread delicious sashimi tuna on Japanese dining tables," we challenged the distribution while maintaining the ultra-low temperature of -50 degrees Celsius or less, which was epoch-making at the time. Through trial and error, we built a value chain that connects the entire logistics from catching to sales at ultra-low temperatures, including transport ships, frozen processing ships, refrigerated warehouses, processing plants, and transport trucks. We boast an overwhelming track record of sashimi tuna that is unrivaled by other companies, and we are running the top market share in Japan.

We handle only about 10 types of marine products, which is not many, but we conduct business through selection and concentration, and we handle top-class domestically in terms of tuna, shrimp, salmon, and pangasius. Although marine products have seasons, we have achieved a stable supply throughout the year by "purchasing" from the world's oceans.
