1948 Started ice making, refrigeration and freezing business, and sale of feed.
1971 Reorganization
Opened the first refrigerator and started buying and selling frozen tuna for sashimi and refrigerated storage operations.
1974 Tokyo Sales Office (now Tokyo Branch) opened.
1975 Yokohama sales office opened
1976 Second refrigerator opened
1979 Fukuoka Sales Office (now Fukuoka Branch) opened
1983 Shimizu head office building completed
1984 Tohoku Sales Office (now Tohoku Branch) opened.
1989 Tokyo Sales Office (now Tokyo Branch) relocated to Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture
1990 The third refrigerator was opened.
Invested in MRS Co., Ltd.
1995 Sapporo branch opened
1996 Shizuoka branch opened
Opened the Shizuoka Branch Nagoya Sales Office (now the Nagoya Branch)
Osaka branch opened
1997 Merged with Ryosui Co., Ltd. and moved head office to Chuo-ku, Tokyo
1998 The 4th refrigerator opened
1999 Opened the Yokohama Chilled Factory of the Tokyo Branch (now the Yokohama Factory).
2001 The fifth refrigerator was opened.
2002 Owase Factory opened
2003 Osaka Branch 2nd Factory completed
2004 Head office relocated to Koto-ku, Tokyo
Year 2005 Nagoya branch office relocated to Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture
2006 Started selling feed and chemical products
The 6th Refrigeration Unit was opened.

SANYO FOODS Co., Ltd. Stock acquisition
2018 Acquired shares in Japan Super Freeze Co., Ltd.
2020 Toyo Refrigerated Food & Logistics Co., Ltd. established
2023 Fukuoka branch completed and relocated
