    White fish such as Alaska pollock and hoki are considered representative species, and there are concerns about the decline of their resources. This is where pangasius has come into focus. Because this fish grows quickly, requires little feed, and can be raised on plant-based feed, it can be farmed in an environmentally friendly way. Furthermore, TOREI also offers the option of purchasing pangasius that has received ASC certification. The "ASC certification" signifies that the seafood is raised in aquaculture farms that operate without harming the environment, respecting the human rights of the workers and the local community, and that traceability is managed throughout the entire process until it reaches the consumer. It is truly safe, secure, and environmentally friendly "sustainable seafood."

    Pangasius is a type of white fish that is widely used in Europe and America as an ingredient in fish and chips and fish burgers.
