Through the stable procurement of sustainable fishery resources
Providing a rich dietary life
Contribute to building a sustainable society.

In order to bring the deliciousness of raw tuna to Japanese dining tables, we at TOREI established an ultra-low temperature distribution system in 1971 and have since developed our seafood business, focusing on frozen tuna.

For tuna and bonito, we are engaged in processing, storage, and distribution operations at eight business locations across the country, including group companies, and for salmon, we have built a differentiated supply chain by collaborating with the aquaculture business being promoted by the Mitsubishi Corporation Group. Currently, the TOREI Group steadily procures, processes, stores, and sells a variety of seafood products from around the world, and is working to build a sustainable global supply chain.

In recent years, the demand and social demand for sustainable, safe and secure food has increased, so TOREI will establish procurement guidelines for tuna in 2022 and work to ensure traceability in the supply chain from production to consumers and the sustainability of marine resources.
Furthermore, based on the recognition that respect for human rights is an essential element in developing a global business, we have established a human rights policy in 2024 and are striving to share this awareness not only with TOREI Group employees but also with business partners related to TOREI's supply chain.

Through the stable procurement of sustainable marine resources, TOREI Group will work together to provide a rich diet and contribute to building a sustainable society.
